Designed to meet industry guidelines, this course addresses more advanced principles and theories of well control and presents a variety of well control methods. It identifies a body of knowledge and a set of job skills necessary to meet IADC WellSharp™ learning objectives.
WellSharp Snubbing
This course is scheduled on demand only and can be completed within 1 day. It is an 8-hour IADC-approved course with a 2-year certification. This is an 8-hour certification and a stand-alone course covering stripping operations, P&A, rig-assisted snubbing, and formulas and methods associated with typical snubbing interventions. IADC recommends personnel involved in well intervention who want an understanding of HWO-Snubbing operations and associated well control issues.
